Advisory Council Coordinator

The City of Baton Rouge Ryan White Part A Program is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fulfill a professional service agreement to serve as Advisory Council Coordinator for the B.R. Ryan White Advisory Council. The Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the activities of the B.R. TGA Advisory Council to include managing day to day operations of the Advisory Council, serving as administrative/primary staff for committees/ad hoc committees, and assisting the nominating/By-Laws committee.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Social or Health Sciences or related field
  • Documented experience and knowledge in two or more of the following: community health planning, developing systems of care, needs assessment, data collection and analysis, program evaluation, or management of volunteer/community councils
  • Experience in working with consumers and professionals from diverse communities
  • Preferred-More than one year experience with HIV/AIDS service delivery systems
